SAVE BRISTOL BAY - Tell the EPA "NO PEBBLE MINE"

It sure seems like we've done this before (oh yeah, like ten times already) but every time is more important than the last to do what each of us can to keep Bristol Bay what it is today and what is can be tomorrow.

The short turn benefits of an open pit mine could easily destroy and erase historic salmon runs, demolish 14,000 jobs that depend on commercial fishing, affect sport fishing and tourism in the area and take away a 10,000 year cultural tradition of subsistence from the people who call this region their home.

Today is the LAST DAY to comment on this and send a message to the EPA that the Bristol Bay region is too valuable a wild resource to let the Pebble Mine project move forward.

How many email addresses do you still use?  Maybe take two minutes and send comment from each one.

Visit the Save Bristol Bay website for more information and to make your voice heard.
